Cool trip for sailors
PA Auckland New Zealand sailors huddled together on the deck of the arrested Taiwanese fishing vessel because conditions on the boat were bad. The sailors were members of the crew of the patrol craft Rotoiti which took over the escort of the vessel from the frigate Taranaki. The Taranaki arrested the Ming Shang No. 7 for allegedly fishing inside the 200-tnile zone on Tuesdays but was relieved by the Rotoiti so that it could continue sea trials. The Rotoiti and the Ming Shang No. 7 arrived in Auckland last evening after a slow journey back from off Cape Reinga.
