The seminar, organised by the vice-president of * the Canterbury Progress . Leagu* (Mrs M. E. Muri ray) will have as its chair- ! man the Mayor (Mr H. G. I Hay). Lynne Cassidy, from the Society of Alcohol and Drug Addiction, and Murray Lane, from Ray Comfort’s drug centre, will be two members on the panels. Mrs Murray said that she hoped Dr Morgan Fahey and a magistrate I would be present. j The format will be two j panels of five people, who ; will each talk on their i particular aspect of the subject then the discussion j will be opened to the ; floor. It is also hoped that I secondary school pupils, principals, hotel represenI tatives, youth leaders and sendees organisations will be represented for the disi cussion.
