Sir, — We are all cr vned about unemploynv so the following simp questions arise. How mar cows can a man milk in r hour by hand? How mar can he milk in the sam time with machines? Hov many dairy farmers would b< prepared to milk by hand to provide more, work? As thv applies to all factories ant’ farms, the answer is obvious to anyone. — Yours, etc.. J. W. SMITH. July 11, 1978.
