Porter Heights to open
Tlie Porter Heights skifield will open tomorrow, providing the weather is suitable for ski-ing. “There is a good base of snow over the whole area,” said the director of Porter Heights Developments, Ltd (Mr I. Satterthwaite). All facilities were ready, including new fixed-grip learners’ lifts, the T-bar and rope tows, he said.
