INZPA-Reuter Worcester Glenn Turner, of New Zealand, pitted his Worcestershire club against a side which included 'three former international cricket captains in a special benefit match for him on Saturi day. Turner, a former international skipper himself, was up against ex-England captains Mike Den ness and Brian Close, and the former South African captain. Eddie Barlow. Hurdles.—Grazyna Rabsztyn (Poland) set a new world record of 12.48 s for the women’s 100 m hurdles at an international athletics meeting at Fuerth, West Germany, on Saturday. The previous record of 12.59 s was set by Annelie Ehrhardt (East Germany)! at the 1972 Munich Olympics.
