Hillside after development
Sir, — A recent walk up Mulgan's track, along Panorama Road, and trespass down the hillside to Bay View Road, made me wonder if, in consequence of the rapid development that has taken place in this area during the last few years, and the lack of provision for the ever-increasing stormwater run-off, residents in the lower Moncks Bay area are aware of the trouble that would appear to be in store for at least some of them, if not all. I would presume to suggest that they do some investigating of the situation. — Yours, etc., E. J. EBERT. April 10, 1978.
