N.Z. soldiers in World War II
Sir, — Recently attention has been focused on the behaviour of New Zealand soldiers in the Second World War since the publication of United States declassified information. By coincidence I am at present writing an M.A. thesis on the New Zealand soldier in World War II — his reputation, fighting ability and role. I would be grateful if anyone who has any information on this subject could communicate with me.— Yours, etc., JOHN McLEOD. History Department, Massey University, Palmerston North.
