Boy freed
Kidnappers have freed a four-year-old boy after they were paid $435,000 ransom, the police have said. A police spokesman said the kidnappers grabbed Felix Wessel eight days ago from his parents’ home in the Hamburg suburb of Othmarschen.—Hamburg.
