Twelve Canterbury players have been nominated for the New Zealand Juniors rugby team to undertake an internal tour in June. Tlie nominations, approved at a meeting last evening of the Canterbury Rugby Union, include three current senior A representatives, Scott Cartwright, Doug Heffernan and Andy Jefferd. Dispensations. — Two former Linwood and Canterbury plajers, Robin Cocks and Brent Elder, were granted dispensation, to play for country clubs—Cocks for Kirwee, which he also coaches, and Elder for Lincoln. Suspensions.—Two New Brighton president's grade players, ordered off two weeks ago for late tackles, were each suspended for two Saturdays They are G. Barber and G. Tauros
