Keenan into fourth round

A former men’s title-holder, R. J. Keenan (Auckland), who is also the carnival chairman, moved into the. fourth round of the men’s singles In the New Zealand Catholic tennis championships in Auckland yesterday. Keenan who won the title In | the 1959-1960 and 1968-1969 seasons, dropped only one game In (beating a fellow-Aucklander, K. 'Foote, in a third-round match.
