Bacon workers to resume
(N.Z Press Association) _ AUCKLAND. Dec. 9. ""About 200 bacon and small goods workers at the factory of Peach Products, Ltd, at Otahuhu, have resolved to return to work tomorrow.
They met today to reconsider a strike in protest against police searches of some employees’ homes for stolen hams. Several employees were arrested last week after the theft of a large quantity of hams from the factory.
