A three-bedr.oomed house at 34 Rockinghorse Road was passed in at auction on Monday for $17,000 —$2500 below the 1974 Government valuation.
The house is on a 24.7 perch section and has three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen dinette, bathroom, laundry and sunroom. A single garag is situated at the back of th section.
