Property sold
A 10-acre block of land with an early cottage at Tikao Bay. overlooking Akaroa Harbour, was sold for 812,500 when auctioned by : Mr R. I. Stark, of Wrightson NMA. Ltd, on Wednesday. The Government valuation (1972) was S3OOO. Lot two at the same auction. 186 acres of land at Wainui divided into two paddocks. was passed in at $22,000. There was no Government valuation.
