The American, Arthur Ashe, has repeated his '974 final victory against Bjorn Borg in the Barcelona World Championship Tennis tournament, beating the young Swede, 7-6, 6-3. Ashe and Tom Okker, of the Netherlands, beat the Italians, Adriano Panatta and Paolo Bertolucci, 7-5, 6-1, in the doubles final.
In Boca Raton, Florida, Jimmy Connors, of the United States, has beaten Jurgen Fassbender, of West Germany, 6-4, 6-2, to win the Boca West international tennis tournament.
