S.F.M. raises offer for N.Z. Refrig.
The Southland Frozen Meat and Produce Export Company, Ltd, has given formal notice to New Zealand Refrigerating Company, Ltd, of a new offer to acquire all the ordinary stock units in N.Z. Refrigerating. The new offer is one S.F.M. share plus 10c cash for each NJZ. Refrigerating share. The new offer replaces, and cancels the notice given to N.Z. Refrigerating on January 31.
