Norvic profit rises 51 p.c.
Norvic Footwear, Ltd, increased net profit about 51 per cent to about $218,000 in the year to January 19, the directors say in a preliminary report. A final ordinary dividend of 8 per cent, payable on April 14, is recommended, making 14 per cent (14c a share) for the year.
Last year, 12.5 c was paid in dividends.
