Profits on land sales
Sir, — A Labour Government is going to tax profits on the sale of land after rezoning. What about an equivalent tax concession where zoning for reserves etc. reduces value and results in expenditure on objection and appeal to protect compensation rights? — Yours, etc., GOOSEY GANDER October 24, 1974.
