Traffic officers’ earnings
Sir, — While I agree with “Defensive Driver” that traffic officers earn their money and save lives, I do not agree that many hardworking freezing workers are well paid. They run a risk by handling infected carcases; they are essential to our meat export; their wages vary and they do have responsibility to see the finished article of export meat is perfect. — Yours etC FREEZING WORKER’S WIFE.
