Clifton Terrace
Sir, —As a resident of Clifton Terrace for 22 years, I strongly endorse comments by “Ratepayer” about the shocking condition of this road. During these years any attention the terrace has received has been of a temporary, patching-up nature. A situation that has always been alarming has become critical because of the very heavy vehicles using the road at present. Do we have to wait for a serious accident before something effective is done?—Yours, etc., MARY R. HERRICK. October 12, 1974.
