Rugby at park
Sir, — The Canterbury Rugby Football Union should hire Queen Elizabeth II Park with all the temporary seating intact, for the next football season. This will enable the union and the Victory Park Board to (rectify all the collapsed field [tiles, hills, hollows and mud pie areas, establish a decent [turf and restore Lancaster I Park to an international (football field of high standard.—Yours etc., MUDPLUGGER. i February 3, 1974.
