AUCKLAND. Jan. 14. The Auckland Harbour Board will meet representatives of the Auckland Harbour Board Employees’ Union on Wednesday in an attempt to settle the present troubles on the waterfront. Wharf store supervisors decided on Friday to ban overtime until further notice. Union officers are believed to have met the supervisors, * today to find out the reasons I 'for the action. Later in the day, the union arranged a meeting for Wednesday with officers of the board to sort' :out the troubles. Meanwhile, because the port is not working supple-1 mentary hours, the overtimes ban is not expected to cause! any problems until Saturday;! and the board’s general man-1 ager (Mr R. T.
