Libel claim of $75,000
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. An Auckland public relations consultant is claiming damages of $75,000 from News-Media Ownership, Ltd, the publisher of the weekly newspaper, “Truth.” A writ, alleging the libel of Mrs Jocelyn Kinsella, was lodged in the Supreme Court at Wellington this week. The action concerns an article printed in “Truth” on October 15. Mrs Kinsella is the governing director of Hutchinson Public Relations, Ltd, and the surrogate managing director of Kinsella Public Relations, Ltd.
