Mushrooms en Brochettes
Mushrooms en brochettes are for those who enjoy mushrooms. Highly recommended! Thread small peeled mushrooms alternately on skewers with pieces of rindless bacon. Brush well with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill, turning from time to time until cooked about 6-8 minutes. Serve with hot buttered toast.
