$l000 raised for school
The St James School development committee has raised about $lOOO from the benefit concert held in the Town Hall on Sunday evening.
According to Mr B. O’Shoughnessy, organiser of the concert, the final sum will be about $lOOO once advertising cpsts are paid. The money will go towards the establishment of staff quarters at the school, and towards the school grounds.
