Man seriously injured
A young man suffered serious facial injuries and a possible fractured skull when the motor-cycle he was riding ran into a bank on the Summit Road, about one mile from Mount Pleasant Road, last evening. He is Kenneth Lyons, of 339 Hills Road, Mairehau. He was taken by St John ambulance to Christchurch Hospital.
