No call by Min. Resources
Mineral Resources (N.Z.), Ltd, does not expect to make a call on its shares until after the end of the financial year, the chairman (Mr A. W. L. Baker) says in the company’s first annual report. The flotation last year with 20c shares paid to 10c, raised $223,034. In the 11 months to March 31 $55,539 was spent on prospecting and mining and $31,146 on plant and fixed assets. The company has $140,336 in cash and other current assets, Mr Baker says.
