Terrorism
Sir, —What a relief it is to the world and especially postal sorters to learn that the Israeli Government is not going to allow its extremist organisation, Irgun, to duplicate the procedure of Arab extremists by forwarding postal bombs to Arab envoys throughout the world. Whatever case the Arabs have for their dispute with Israel, such actions by their extremists will not enhance their cause among Western nations. For the Arab nations, with one exception, Jordan, to applaud or ignore the acts
of violence outside the Middle East, thereby exposing non-Israeli people to the risk of injury and death, is inhuman and insane.—Yours, etC ” JOHN J. FORSTER. September 27, 1972.
