Works dispute settled
(N.Z Prut Auo&ationf WELLINGTON, March 22. A dispute over freezing works clerical workers’ wages was settled in conciliation today. The Federation of Labour entered the dispute recently after clerical workers in several North Island freezing works —took action over their pay claim. The settlement provides for a back-dated wage increase; it will be submitted to the Remuneration Authority. i
