The formal offer to buy 400,000 fully-paid ordinary shares in the New Zealand United Corporation, Ltd, at 400 c cash, has been sent to shareholders by Bell Gully Nominees, Ltd, as trustee for Barclays Bank International. The offer, for up to 40 per cent of their respective holdings will remain open until March 24. The N.Z.U.C. directors are unanimous in recommending the offer.
