LANCASTER, Sept. 17. Britain no longer leads the world in beef cattle breeding, having been slow to adopt scientific' methods, a Scottish Milk. Marketing Board veterinary surgeon told the British Veterinary Association’s annual conference at Lancaster University today. “Commercial cattle raisers require, and are demanding, more factual information, and it is in this regard, especially in beef breeding, that this country has failed to make the progress it might have done, said Mr J.
