Triella to be paid out
The successful participants In the Christchurch Hunt Club’s triella jackpot will be paid oat on Monday. This was confirmed yesterday by the club’s secretary •Mr G. L. Bradbury). . Payment was delayed while the club’s committee sought legal advice on the jackpot payout. There are 30 individuals who will share the pool but of these .quite a number have tendered : several successful entries. Altogether the pool, amounting to $3575.50, will now have to be divided into 93 parts, and each winning entry is worth $38.45.
