MINISTER AT CHESS FINAL
The Minister of Tourism and Broadcasting (Mr Walker) will attend the final of “The Press” schools chess teams competition at Shirley Boys’ High School tomorrow night, to give the winning teams their prizes. In the final, the two unbeaten schools, Shirley 8.H.5., and Christchurch 8.H.5., will play off for the first two placings and St Bede’s and Cashmere H.S. will decide the third and fourth positions.
