The property has a Government valuation of $24,600. The auctioneer was Mr W. Flanagan. A property at 34 Trent Street, of 52 perches, with three flats, was passed in at $9OOO. It was offered at auction by Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd. The Government valuation is $7lOO. The auctioneer was Mr E. J. Keenan.
