AMBULANCE SEMINAR
All aspects of the development of ambulance transport work will be discussed by about 100 ambulance and nursing members of the St John Ambulance Brigade at a seminar to be held at the St John Ambulance Association’s headquarters in Christchurch tomorrow.
The seminar is being organised by the Christchurch station officer and the brigade’s transport officer (Mr G. Whitaker). Several films on ambulance work overseas will be shown and there will be practical demonstrations of new equipment.
Brigade members who are voluntary attendants on the St John Ambulance Association’s ambulances in Christchurch will also receive instruction in their divisions as part of their normal training.
