Mount Hutt ski field
Sir, —Desmond J. Ward should look to the .future. Skiing at the Erewhon Park ski field is subject to either avalanches or a complete lack of snow. These points, coupled with the fact that Erewhon Park has not made any proposals to inaugurate a superior ski system other than the notoriously dangerous rope tows prevalent on all Canterbury ski fields, prompts me to say: “Best of luck to the Methven Lions Club.”—Yours, etc., MAX LILLEY, Southbridge.
