(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY. The West Australian pacer. Mount Eden last night broke the Australasian one mile peeing record on the half-mile frack at Harold Park with a time of Imln MJsec. At the same meeting, the New Zealand three-year-old Royal Ascot qualified for the final of the Now South Wales Pacers' Derby although beaten Into second place in his qualifying division af Harold Park. Royal Ascot, which was driven by A, Harrison, went down by half a head to the odds-on favourite Allpes with Young Olobe throe yards away third.
