Fire taken to brigade
(N.Z. Ascoctation) WELLINGTON, February 7, A fire arrived at the Upper Hutt Fire Brigade’s front door on Saturday—pulled behind a car.
A motorist had noticed that rubbish on his trailer was ablaze at about 11.15 a.m.
AU the brigade had to do was run a nose out from pumps sitting outside the station—the floor wag being cleaned at the time—and deliver a few well-directed squirts.
