PASSIONFRUIT
MARSHMALLOW For four servings you will need: Jib plain marsh* mallows | cup passionfruit pulp 1 cup cream or evaporated milk 1 egg white Whipped cream (optional). Method: Roughly chop marshmallows and place in container with one third cup of water. Heat until melted. Remove from stove and add passionfruit. Cool until beginning to set, then stir in cream or evaporated milk and the stiffly beaten white of egg and blend well. Allow to set, then pile into individual dishes. Top with cream if liked.
