You will need: 2 tablespoons gelatine 2 tablespoons flour 2 cups water Two-thirds cup sugar | cup each of lemon and orange juice Peppermint flavouring Green colouring 10 marshmallows Method: Soak gelatine in half of the water. Blend flour to a paste with the balance of the water, and combine both mixtures in a saucepan; add sugar. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add fruit juices, flavouring and colouring after removing from heat. Allow to cool and when beginning to thicken beat until mixture holds its shape. Pile into individual dishes.
