Tour Of Canada
New Zealand's “Pastoral Queen,” the 22-year-old Nelson schoolteacher. Miss Helena Wren, is now on a !30-day tour through Canada, promoting New Zealand lamb.
She has completed a hectic , promotion tour in Britain. I The highlight of her visit was! i four days at the English I Royal Show, where she met the Queen Mother. Miss Wren was a guest of the president of the show, Lord Cobham, a former Governor-General of New Zealand. After an official Government reception in Quebec, Miss Wren began her Canadian tour. Activities are planned for the main cities, and Miss Wren will return to New Zealand on August 10.
