Hsieh, winner of the Phillipines open last week, finished two strokes ahead of the Australian, D. Graham, and H. Yashuda (Japan) Graham shot a magnificent five-under 66 in the final round. One stroke further back was T Kendall, of New Zealand, who was one stroke ahead with nine holes to play but finished with a 70 for 279.
