Laidlaw Not To Play
(N.Z. Press Association) BLENHEIM. C. R. Laidlaw, the former All Black half-back, has withdrawn from the Sassenachs v. B. J. Lochore's XV invitation match, to be played at Blenheim on Saturday, March 14. Laidlaw, who is studying in Fiji .said in a letter to the; Marlborough Rugby Union that he would be unable to reach New Zealand in time for the match. His replacement is present All Black half-back, S. Going (North Auckland).
