Support For Tennis Plan
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY. The New South Wales Lawn Tennis Association has given its support to an American move which could exclude South Africa from the Davis Cup. The association’s monthly meeting unanimously supported the resolution that a Davis Cup committee be set up with the power to exclude any nation which may endanger the competition. The United States has called a special meeting of Davis Cup nations in London next month at which delegates will discuss the possible exclusion of South Africa.
