The gross gate for 1969 matches was $83,984, making a total gross gate of $213,892 for the three years Bay held the shield. The gate for 1967 was $57,283 and for 1968 $72,625. The union’s net profit from the shield is not yet officially known, but it estimated to be about $lBO,OOO.
