LINEMAN FALLS
A Municipal Electricity Department lineman suffered arm, leg and chest injuries when a pole on which he was working fell at the corner of Antigua and Burke Streets about 2 p.m. yesterday. He is Mr S. Hill, aged 23, of 39 Dalkeith Street He was admitted to Christchurch Hospital and his condition last night was satisfactory.
