WELLINGTON, October 7. The Minister of Marine (Mr Scott) will lead the New Zealand delegation to the Colombo Plan consultative committee meeting in panada later this month. Mr Scott will travel to Canada after-attending a conference of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association in Trinidad, and will arrive in Victoria, British Columbia, on October 27 with a former Cabinet Minister, Mr D. J. Eyre, who is now New Zealand High Commissioner in Canada. The consultative committee meets annually in member countries of the Colombo Plan. - | The. leader of New Zealand departmental officials at the conference will be Mr B. F. Bolt, deputy director of external aid in the External Affairs Department.
