Pay Increase

WELLINGTON, July 3.
Wage increases ranging from 57c to $1.65 weekly for males, and from 28c to 90c for females, are provided in an award released today by the Court of Arbitration for fruit and vegetable shop assistants. The award covers the whole of New Zealand, except the Northern and Gisborne industrial districts.
