Four Rules Adopted

(N.Z. Press Association)

AUCKLAND, July 3. Lady Hort said today that the Scientology organisation had introduced the four rules of practice put forward by the commission long before there was any pressure on the Government. “We are delighted that the recommendations of the commission follow them exactly,” she said.

The organisation’s policy had always been to get the written permission of both parents of anybody under the age of °1 before auditing or processing them, although it had “slipped up” in the case of Erin O’Donnell. She had not yet seen the report and so was not in a position to comment on it, said Lady Hort.
