Championship Dog Trials Decided
D. Calder’s Jet, R. W. Mackay’s Kilt, I. Williams's Ted. and T. E. Barwell's Nap won the titles when the Canterbury championship dog trials were held last week on the Cheviot Collie Club's course.
. This was the first occasion that the Cheviot club has been
host to the Canterbury championships and to mark the occasion the club presented four chamois horn handled walking stciks to the owners of the four champion dogs. Bad weather marred the final day of the trials. Results, were:
