REGISTRAR APPOINTED
Mr G. A. Hay, the newly appointed registrar of the Christchurch Teachers’ College council, was last evening welcomed to the council’s meeting. He was formerly Ashley County Clerk and secretary of the North Canterbury Nassella Tussock Board. He was accountant to the Waimairi County Council from 1951-57 and for a short period was acting County Clerk at Heathcote in 1961. Messrs P. J. Wills and D. K. Morrison were appointed administrative officers. Both were formerly with the Education Department in Christchurch.
